Desktop Support

Np
- 15days to Immediate

1. Manager reporting and leaves for all RE'sDaily

2. Support and guide RE's on technical issuesAs and when needed

3. Escalating to central team on critical issuesRegularly

4. Meeting local supervisors and managerRegularly

5. Coordinate with local contacts for projects and activitiesDaily

6. Submission of GST stock data to Capex desk(on or before 29th of every month)

7. Providing information and update to backend team on activities and projects

8. Keeping record of all assets including rentals for his region 100%

9. Ensure induction and KT to all new joiners100%

10. Ensure all tickets are raised(users to log/ with help of helpdesk 100%

11. Ensure all tickets are updated and closed with proper solution100%

12. Daily attendance sharing Daily

13. Monthly rooster preparing for engineers Daily

14. Ensure all defined processes are followed Regularly
