**Working from Office is mandatory**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
SCM Support team partners with buyers to ensure all supplier commits are documented in the system, issues are updated and communicated
- Update of supplier commits into ERP / Materials tracker / Hotlist for Production meetings and Business Unit (BU) Material Requirement meetings
- Identify and escalate Critical shortages, provide history and reasons, and provide current up to date status
- Involve and assist AUS Buyers regarding prioritization of Purchase Orders (POs) and cross Org Inventory availability
- Requests to expedite Material receipts
- Follow up on shipment to ensure ‘Actual = commit’
- Escalate first to buyers where PD not meeting NBD.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related functional areas
- Manufacturing / Factory exposure is an added advantage

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Working knowledge of **SAP**:

- Knowledge of BOMs
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal to communicate to diverse functional groups and stakeholders on the project/material status.
- Ability to work positively in a team environment with wide range of individuals involved in manufacturing under pressure and efficiently manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of views.
- Good knowledge material management business processes

**Shift**:

- Work during Second Shift and support North America buyer team
