Job Title:
Supply Chain Support

Summary:
The position is responsible for the tracking of Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and Sales Orders (SO) shipments, as well as direct material Purchase Order (PO) deliveries. The role requires close coordination with regional, logistics, and commodity managers globally to standardize practices and enhance the accuracy of Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) data. This is crucial for optimizing production planning and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Responsibilities Include:
External Direct Material PO Delivery Tracking - Cross country
- Timely follow up on updating most recent supply confirmation date (delivery date) and update in SAP.
- Coordinate with regional CM/procurement/IT to improve Ariba PO confirmation.
- Responsible for circulating weekly Tracking status to Global Planning and distribution Leaders.
- Establish systems and processes for the overall supply chain execution between purchasing function and other related department or functions to enable the whole team to increase efficiency and speed.

Global STO /SO shipment tracking.
- Responsible for tracking accurate shipment ETA for STO.
- Should be proactive in identifying shipping line websites for quick data tracking.
- Expert in SAP T.codes related GTT updates & Logistics.
- Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures in agreement with stakeholders.
- Responsible for collaborating with IT team and logistics team globally to standardize process.
- Responsible for escalating delays on shipment to concerned regional Logistics leader.
- Proactive support to CSR team on demand.
- Responsible to keep SOPs updated for Tracking process.

Qualifications:
The following are _required _for the role
- 0-2 years’ experience in Supply chain support activities.
- Bachelor’s degree. - BCA, BCom, BBM, BE.
- Fluency in English required
- Excellent communication skills, Transformational spirit, creative personality
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Service mentality, Proactive & problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables producing high quality output.
