**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Procurement & Vendor Negotiation.**
- Negotiate aggressively with vendors to procure critical components for mass production at optimal cost and quality.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable and scalable supply chain.
- Conduct cost analysis and supplier evaluation to optimize procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure procurement meets production demands.

**2. Inventory & Logistics Management**
- Oversee inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution to support mass production.
- Optimize logistics and transportation for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, production, and distribution teams.

**3. Performance Monitoring & Compliance**
- Track supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

**4. Communication & Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, production, and operations).
- Utilize excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the supply chain team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Expertise in negotiating with vendors for components required in mass production.
- Active and problem-solving mindset to address supply chain challenges.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Masters degree (MBA or specialization in Supply Chain Management).
- Knowledge in the AR and VR technology sector or related industries.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and distribution network.
