**Job Description - Supply Chain Executive (Apparel Industry)Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Supply Chain Executive** to manage end-to-end supply chain operations in the apparel industry. The role involves coordinating procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

**Production & Planning**
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to align material availability with order schedules.
- Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in demand forecasting and capacity planning.

**Inventory & Warehouse Management**
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce wastage and excess holding.

**Logistics & Distribution**
- Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with export/import documentation and regulations.
- Monitor delivery timelines and track shipments until final delivery.

**Process Optimization & Reporting**
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, and logistics performance.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics within the apparel or têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
