**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic **Data Analytics & Supply Chain Executive** to join our growing operations team in **Bangalore**.
This role will bridge the gap between data insights and supply chain execution — helping us forecast demand, optimize inventory, streamline logistics, and drive operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Track and monitor key KPIs (e.g., lead times, fill rates, cost efficiency, wastage levels).
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and optimize workflows.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or operations (FMCG/F&B industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Understanding of predictive analytics or machine learning for supply chain optimization.
- Exposure to data automation and visualization tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
