**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

**Role Overview**

Farmkin, an emerging FMCG brand is seeking a Supply Chain Executive who can support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth flow of materials and finished goods across the supply chain. The Supply Chain Executive will play a key role in tracking inventory movement, coordinating with logistics partners and vendors, and ensuring timely dispatches. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Order & Inventory Tracking**
- Monitor the flow of goods across procurement, production, packing, and dispatch stages
- Update and maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets for all stock movements
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors to resolve delays or missing items

**2. Vendor & Logistics Coordination**
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, transporters, and delivery partners to execute daily dispatches
- Ensure all dispatch documentation (labels, invoices, tracking details) is complete and accurate
- Handle operational escalations, such as delayed pickups or packaging mismatches

**3. Operational Oversight**
- Supervise day-to-day logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Conduct quality checks on dispatch readiness, packaging, and shipment compliance
- Provide on-ground support in addressing bottlenecks in supply movement

**4. Reporting & Issue Escalation**
- Maintain and update dispatch logs, inward/outward movement records, and related reports
- Highlight recurring supply chain issues (e.g., vendor delays, repeat errors in packaging) to the operations team
- Assist in identifying improvement areas for logistics workflows

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles (FMCG experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities

**Work Location**
- This is an **on-site** role based in **Bangalore, India**
