**Job Title**: Supply Chain Executive / Sr. Executive

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sourcing & Supplier Management**
- Develop and manage reliable supplier networks (domestic & international).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to drive cost efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

**Procurement & Imports**
- Create procurement strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align purchasing with business needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and supplier certifications.

**Supply Chain & Logistics**
- Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Track shipments, manage customs documentation, and resolve clearance issues.
- Optimize transportation routes and reduce logistics costs.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Partner with QA teams to maintain product and regulatory standards.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate import/export and procurement documentation.

**Performance & Cost Analysis**
- Track KPIs such as lead times, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and industry best practices.
