**Job Title**: Supply Chain Executive

**Qualification(s)**: Grad/PostGrad (Any)

**Experience**:2-5yrs

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate purchase orders in accordance with purchasing requirements and standard procedures
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, materials, or supplies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and expiration dates.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Initiate reorder requests based on minimum stock levels.
- Safely handle and transport materials within the storage area or warehouse. Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous materials,
- Ensure that materials are stored and transported in a manner that prevents damage or deterioration. Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials or goods.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and stock movements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to stock transactions.
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and returns.
- Follow safety protocols during material handling and storage.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate (Any Discipline), Preferably Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of Experience as Supply Chain/Inventory Management field
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with inventory software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred Skills: Should have knowledge or experience in Tally.
- Experience with computerized inventory management systems

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
