**Job role**: Supply Chain Executive

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Department**: Supply Chain / Operations

**Reporting To**:Supply Chain Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and vendor coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations
- Track and analyse supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rates, delivery accuracy, lead times)
- Manage order processing systems and ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages
- Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor and SKU planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during storage and transportation
- Manage shipping documentation, coordinate with CHAs and forwarders, and follow up on supplier dispatches
- Handle end-to-end shipment coordination including quotes, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain tools
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Familiarity with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to drive decisions
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
