**Role Description - Ecommerce - Sourcing & Procurement Executive**
We are looking for a **Ecommerce - Sourcing & Procurement Executive** to oversee procurement and supplier management for Personal & Health Care products across domestic and international markets.
**Key Requirement** -1 to 3 years of sourcing experience with domestic & international market
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strong understanding of excel, data analysis, vendor research. Good knowledge of domestic and international market sourcing and supply chain, vendor negotiation.
**Vendor Identification & Management** - Develop and maintain a strong supplier network, ensuring reliability and long-term partnerships.
**Costing & Negotiation** - Optimize procurement costs through strategic negotiations while maintaining product quality.
**Production & Timeline Management** - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery, mitigating supply chain risks.
**Quality Control & Compliance** - Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance across sourcing channels.
**Market & Supplier Research** - Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to drive competitive advantage.

**Education** - Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Masters is plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
