- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
- Customise solutions by understanding individual customer profiles and expectations.
- Use CRM tools to manage data, track customer interactions, and generate insightful business reports.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such customer support or sales roles.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptable team player with a Problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. (Added advantage)
