**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such customer support or sales roles.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptable team player with a Problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. (Added advantage)
