Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with teams to automate workflows and enhance process efficiencies.
- Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making for business operations.
- Integrate various systems with CRM platforms to ensure cohesive and streamlined business processes.
- Provide exemplary customer support to resolve any issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Lead the CRM team in developing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Address technical issues promptly through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions aligning with business objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
