**Shift Type**: Rotational (Night Shift included)
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support across multiple channels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and includes cab support during odd hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

**Shift & Schedule**:

- **Work Days**: 6 days per week
- **Week Off**: Rotational
- **Shift Timing**: Rotational (including night shifts)
- **Cab Facility**: One-way cab provided during odd hours (within 25 km radius)

**Contract Details**:

- **Duration**: 4 months
- **Type**: Temporary / Contractual

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC
- Freshers preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and flexible scheduling
