**Key Responsibilities**:
Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with orders or account inquiries.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.

Handle administrative tasks such as processing returns, issuing refunds, and updating customer accounts.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service role, with a track record of providing exceptional service.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tense situations.

Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM software and other customer service tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
