
Receptionist/administration

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Handle patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of patient details, bills, and clinical data
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and coordinate with the accountant
- Assist in reaching monthly clinical consultation and procedure targets
- Explain treatment offerings, packages, and help patients make informed choices
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff for smooth clinic operations
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp, and basic marketing follow-ups
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Understand the clinic’s services and communicate confidently to clients
- Support basic administrative tasks and daily reports
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English and local language)
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, and wellness treatments preferred
- Confident in handling patients and meeting clinic targets
- Proficiency in using computers, billing software, and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist (clinic or medical background preferred)
- Graduate or diploma in any stream
