Glowup Clinic is a leading dermatology clinic dedicated to providing top-notch skin care services and treatments. We pride ourselves on our professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Beautician/Receptionist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Beautician Duties:

- Perform a variety of cosmetic treatments such as facials, peels, and other skin care procedures.
- Provide pre
- and post-treatment care and advice to patients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are sterilized and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and dermatology treatments.
- Assist dermatologists with procedures and patient care as needed.

Receptionist Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurately updated in the system.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the clinic’s daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a beautician and/or receptionist in a medical or dermatology clinic is preferred.
- Certified Beautician with knowledge of various cosmetic treatments and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
