**The Role**:
As a Customer care associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role is critical in ensuring their experience, making your function a critical one for our organisation. Therefore, we are looking for individuals committed to customer satisfaction who can make quick and accurate decisions in line with the company policies and guidelines.
**Your Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for managing the front desk for our practice, but remotely, accountable for the excellent customer experience. Your duties will include
**Inbound and Outbound Communication**:
- Book and confirm appointments and keep the customer updated on the status of their appointment
- Regularly follow-up with customers to book their next appointment and send timely reminders to ensure they don’t miss it.
- Ensure customers are informed on any delays to their appointment
- Resolve simple queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
**Front desk Processes**
- Manage our online registration and consent process
- Accurately bill customers for the service used and ensure payments are collected on time.
- Ensure customer records are updated in our platform
- Follow up with customers on any specific requirements indicated by the clinicians.
**Lead Conversion**: Communicate with customer leads coming through various channels (a) to understand their specific needs, (b) explain and offer relevant services and (c) book their appointments
**Qualification & Skills required**
- Minimum Bachelor level college degree is required. Masters level degree in science or psychology is preferred
- Strong communication skill in English is necessary. You should be able to demonstrate strong competencies in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required
- Excellent proficiency working with programs such as MS Office
- Experience working for a call-centre handling clients from countries such as the United States, UK and Australia is strongly preferred.
**Remuneration**:
We offer attractive remuneration and you will be paid directly from our Singapore company. Your remuneration will include both a fixed and variable component. Your remuneration will be depend on your skills and experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
