**THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME JOB AND NEED TO WORK IN SHIFTS AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEMALE ASSISTANT ONLY AS THE EXISTING TEAM HAS FEMALE ASSISTANTS.**

**SALARY = 16000 /month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients through various communication channels.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members in Dubai and India to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for documentation, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and tools quickly, ensuring high-quality support to the team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and transactions.
- Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Patience, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a remote team.

**Work Schedule**:

- 4 days a week but once in a month 5 days/week.
- Shift work, including night shifts, as per the team’s requirements.
