**Location**: Remote (Working with a US-based Client in the Hospitality Industry)
**Working Hours**: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers in the USA, delivering excellent customer support.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update databases as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and file management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend and complete all training sessions to develop a deep understanding of the role and the hospitality industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when handling customer inquiries.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
- Eagerness to learn new processes and tools.
