**Job Title: Office Staff Assistant**

**Location**: Siliguri, West Bengal
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Assist with sales activities, including preparing quotations, following up with clients, and processing orders.
3. Create and manage e-way bills for export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation and delivery of products to customers.
5. Maintain accurate records of office expenses, sales transactions, and inventory levels.
6. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the office and sales department.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with e-way bill generation software.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of sales processes and experience in customer service is a plus.
7. Familiarity with export documentation and procedures is preferred but not required.
