Virtual Office Admin Assistant

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects as needed.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
- **Experience as a receptionist or Property Management in a similar role is preferred but not required**.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
