Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Admin & HR Assistant (Remote) to support our internal HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong system knowledge, and passion to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer operations – MS Word, Excel, and email
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR/Admin field.
- Prior experience in HR/Admin is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment coordination – scheduling interviews and updating trackers
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding and exit processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative functions
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and internal communications
- Handle basic finance and accounting tasks, such as expense tracking, invoice handling, and record maintenance.
- Prepare reports, assist with documentation, and handle general administrative tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in HR systems
- Collaborate with the HR/Admin team to ensure smooth and efficient remote operations
- Previous experience in HR, Admin, or Finance roles will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
