**Responsibilities-**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective file system.
- Support other team with various administrative task (redirecting calls, disseminating )
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditure and handle all office contact.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist with vendor relationship management
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
**Skills-**
- Outstanding knowledge of MS office, “back office”
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management system and procedure
- Experience in customer service will be plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
