We are looking for a customer service representative with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

**Key Requirements**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Any other adhoc duties by management.

**Qualifications**
- Prior working experience with at least 3 years in customer support and/ or administration support
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
- Ability to stay organise and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information (eg. Freshworks/ Freshdesk)
