**Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) Excellent Communication Skills**

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of GharSoaps' product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Convincing Skills**: Strong persuasive abilities to effectively handle customer objections and close sales.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computers and customer service software; basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
**Working Hours**:
- **Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Breaks**: Scheduled breaks will be provided
**Additional Information**:
- **Equipment**: Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
