**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on their requirements. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Maintain records of all quotations and follow up with clients for approval and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Gmail OR Outlook is must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
