Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for an on-site position located in Vadodara. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day clerical tasks, provide executive-level administrative support, maintain phone communication with professionalism, and ensure the seamless execution of administrative operations. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the team and maintaining efficient office processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is a plus
