M/S Sandip Nanavati Construction LLP, established in 1988 in Surat, Gujarat, India, has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. The company has evolved from a small building contractor to a competitive large corporate firm, undertaking heavy industrial and infrastructure projects. These projects include the construction of sub-station buildings, control rooms, pipe racks, industrial sheds, state-of-the-art office buildings, and apartments for petrochemical and hydrocarbon industries. The company is registered with major companies and government institutions such as Gujarat State P.W.D., Surat Municipal Corporation in Class "A", KRIBHCO (Hazira), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., and Engineers India Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administration: front desk, visitor management, phone & email handling.
· Maintain records: correspondence, site/office documentation, contracts, and vendor/client files.
· Assist project/office team with documentation, filings, and data entry (Excel, MS Office).
· Support HR/admin tasks: attendance tracking, on boarding documentation, leave records.
· Liaise with site teams, contractors and sub-vendors to ensure administrative support at site.
· Assist in logistics: travel bookings, accommodations, transportation where required.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement in coordination with finance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate / Bachelor's degree (in Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline) or equivalent.
· Prior experience (ideally 1-4 years) in office administration, preferably in construction/real-estate.
· Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), e-mail, basic database/document management.
· Good organizational skills, able to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to detail.
· Vendor management, file management, record-keeping experience beneficial.
· Site exposure/ability to coordinate with field staff and main office would be a plus.
