Designation: Admin Executive
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, UK working timings,
- March to September - 1:00PM to 10:00PM
- September to March - 2:00PM to 11:00PM
Location: Chhani, Vadodara, India
Responsibilities:
- Communication Management Handling Phone Calls, Emails and Other Managerial correspondence.
- Scheduling Meetings Organizing and Planning of Managerial Meetings
- Event Management -
- Record Keeping Managing required records
- Data Management Input and manage various administrative database
- Office Supply Management Keeping proper inventory and ordering office supplies
- Furniture & Fixtures Management
- Bookkeeping and Administrative Tasks: Handling routine tasks, accounting tasks including invoice
- check and submit to finance department.
- Guest Management Hospitality
- Addressing and Resolving routine issues and quires.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to concern person.
- Travel Management
- Hotel Bookings
- Cab Facility Arrangements & Driver Management
- Electrical issues to be address on priority to prevent business loss
- CCTV Surveillance Activity
- Building Maintenance Activity Management
- Cleaning work of entire premise
- Deal with complaints or problems.
- Check all logs on daily bases.
- General Operational Management
- Ad hoc duties as and when required from administrative part.
Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Any Graduate
- Fresher can also apply.
- Work from Office only
- Good English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
