Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and maintain physical and digital documentation for easy access and compliance.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and purchase orders in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and other financial documents accurately.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system for updating customer records, tracking interactions, and managing workflow.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
