About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate in HR who is eager to kick-start their career and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with attendance and leave tracking, and prepare related reports.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in organizing training & development sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (MBA/PGDM or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
