**Job Description - Client Acquisition Executive (Inside Sales / SDR)**
**Location**:Remote | Preferably Delhi-NCR for occasional in-person meetings
**Reports To**:Founder
**Employer**:Recruiting Genie LLP (Accounting Genie's group firm)
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a sharp and persuasive communicator who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our recruitment services. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoy connecting with business leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential clients (founders, HRs, hiring managers)
- Pitch Recruiting Genie’s solutions using pre-built templates and decks
- Book intro meetings with Founder / Sales lead
- Maintain outreach records using Google Sheets / CRM
- Share weekly status updates and performance logs
**Performance KPIs**
- 70-100 outreach attempts/day (across channels)
- 15-20 intro meetings booked/week
- 7-10 account conversions/month (with team support)
- Active use of templates and outreach frameworks provided
**Compensation**:
Base Salary: ₹20K - ₹30K/month (₹2.4 - ₹3.6 LPA)
Incentives:
- ₹500 - ₹1,000 per qualified meeting
- ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per closed account
- Quarterly bonuses on achieving targets
- 0-2 years’ experience in sales / marketing / recruitment / client service
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Comfortable with cold outreach & CRM tools
- Persistent, structured, and excited to grow in a client-facing role
