**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in the IT Staffing domain. As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in IT recruitment services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Reach out to potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present staffing solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and service presentations.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and client pitches.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
