**Position Overview**:
Conference Producers identify topics for a conference through in-depth market research to write and produce a commercially viable conference programmed that will offer networking and knowledge transfer opportunities for paying delegates, sponsors and speakers. This is a truly fascinating and multifaceted position, as Conference Producers are responsible for their conference from inception to delivery.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Research market trends, industry topics, and audience interests to conceptualize the theme and content of the conference.
- Design the conference agenda, select topics, and curate speakers or presenters who are experts in their respective fields.
- Reach out to potential speakers, negotiate agreements, coordinate logistics such as travel and accommodation, and provide guidance on presentation content.
- Assist speakers with content development, ensuring that presentations are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the conference objectives.
- Handle logístical aspects such as venue selection, audiovisual setup, catering, and attendee registration.
- Secure sponsorship deals to fund the conference and ensure that sponsors receive the agreed-upon benefits and exposure.
- Create and manage the conference budget, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure the event remains financially viable.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the conference on the day(s) of the event, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that everything runs according to plan.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the conference, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement for future events.
- Overall, conference producers play a crucial role in bringing together industry professionals, thought leaders, and stakeholders to exchange ideas, network, and stay updated on the latest developments in their field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Time Management
