Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities**:

-   Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects to introduce company services and generate interest.
-   Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using online tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.).
-   Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
-   Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call notes.
-   Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
-   Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

-   1-2 years of cold calling experience in the US market (IT services preferred).
-   Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set meetings.
-   Strong market research skills to identify target industries and decision-makers.
-   Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
-   Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead research tools.
-   Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a sales environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Old Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
