**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing continental dishes as per the menu.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in mise en place (preparation of ingredients) for cooking.
- **Maintaining Hygiene Standards**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained as per health and safety regulations.
- **Cooking and Plating**:

- Assist in cooking and plating food as per the recipes and guidelines provided by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to the required level of doneness and are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- **Stock Management**:

- Assist in checking the quality of ingredients upon delivery.
- Ensure that the ingredients are stored correctly, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Help mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, if required.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure consistency and quality of food is maintained according to restaurant or hotel standards.
- Communicate with the senior chefs regarding any issues or concerns related to food quality.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Keep up to date with food trends and continental cuisine techniques.
- Actively participate in training and development programs provided by the establishment.
- **Other Duties**:

- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
