**Job Title: Pastry & Bakery Chef Commie Level I**
- **Job Summary**:_

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pastry & Bakery Chef Commie Level I to join our culinary team. As a Pastry & Bakery Chef Commie Level I, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and baked goods. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary arts will contribute to our guests' exceptional dining experience.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards set by the Head Pastry Chef.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all pastry and bakery orders.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry and bakery ingredients and notify the Head Pastry Chef of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and presentation for all pastries and baked goods.
- Assist in training and supervising junior pastry and bakery staff.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in pastry and bakery arts.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Pastry & Bakery Chef Commie Level I or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry and bakery arts is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
