**Job Title - Asian Commie I**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Asian Cuisine Commis I to join our culinary team. As a Commis I, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Asian dishes, while learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and portioning Asian dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

2. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

3. Ingredient Management: Receive, store, and rotate ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.

4. Cooking Techniques: Develop skills in various Asian cooking techniques, such as stir-frying, steaming, and braising.

5. Presentation: Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to meet presentation standards.

6. Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.

7. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Culinary education/training (desirable)

2. Previous kitchen experience (preferable)

3. Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques

4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

5. Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Adaptability and willingness to learn

**Working Conditions**:
1. Fast-paced kitchen environment

2. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

3. Standing and walking for extended periods
