- _**Assist management in hiring, training, **_**scheduling**_**, evaluating, counselling, motivating and **_**coaching**_ **employees serve as a role model.**_
- _**Accepting store deliveries are also part of the Commis I Chef duties.**_
- _**Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and **_**cost**_ **control.**_
- _**Control food stock and **_**food cost**_ **in his section/kitchen.**_
- _**Cook food and prepare top-quality **_**menu**_ **items in a timely manner.**_
- _**Communicate**_ **assistance needed during busy periods.**_
- _**Commis I Chef are also required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.**_
- _**Commis I also ensure that **_**mise en place**_ **for food preparation is completed in your section.**_
- _**Ensure the quality of the food items.**_

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
