We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I – Tandoor to join our culinary team. If you have strong expertise in traditional Indian tandoor preparations and a commitment to delivering authentic flavours, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook tandoor items such as breads, kebabs, and marinated dishes
  • Maintain proper marination techniques and ensure consistency of flavours
  • Handle tandoor equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe improvements
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Commis I/II in Tandoor section
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor cooking methods
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
