**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes in accordance with the recipes and standards.
- Maintain high culinary standards and ensure all food is prepared to the required quality and presentation.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor and manage food portions and waste to minimize costs.
- **Kitchen Organization & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is used properly and safely.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items according to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and workplace safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in the monitoring of stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of all ingredients and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in training and guiding Commis 2 or apprentices, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and menu offerings.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served in accordance with quality and presentation standards.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in food quality, equipment, or inventory to the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
