**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of Kerala cuisine, including traditional dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and various seafood specialties.
- **Ingredient Management**: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped according to recipes and specifications.
- **Cooking Techniques**: Utilize traditional cooking methods and techniques specific to Kerala cuisine, including steaming, frying, and spice blending.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely dish preparation.
- **Presentation**: Assist in plating and garnishing dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with restaurant standards.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the kitchen management.
- **Learning & Development**: Stay updated on current food trends and techniques, and continuously improve skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
