**Job Title**: Process Associate
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Salary**: Up to 4.5 LPA

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns or queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products/services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets related to customer satisfaction, resolution times, and response quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer support or service role (preferably in a call center environment).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations.
- Basic knowledge of customer service software (CRM tools) is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
