**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Process Associate** to join our team at Datastraw. You’ll work directly under the **Operations Manager** and get hands-on experience in managing processes end-to-end — from client-side coordination to employee-side execution. This is a role that blends **process ownership, reporting, client management, and teamwork**, making it a great step forward for anyone looking to grow in operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and track client processes end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Prepare and maintain process reports, dashboards, and client updates.
- Step in to handle customer support tasks whenever agents are unavailable.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on goals and outcomes.
- Ensure process quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
- Act as a link between clients and employees to keep workflows seamless.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional work experience** (operations/customer support preferred).
- Prior **customer support experience** is essential.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
- Ability to adapt, step in, and take ownership when required.
- Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work **6 days a week, 4 days in-office (Ghatkopar West, Mumbai).**
