**Job Title: Voice Process Associate (International Process)**

**Location**: Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹38,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts
**Qualification**: HSC or Graduate, SSC (with 1-year experience in international voice process)
**Experience**: 1 Year in International Voice Process
**Industry**: BPO/Call Center/Customer Service

We are looking for dedicated **Voice Process Associates** to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you to work in an international voice process environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers, addressing queries and providing accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or requests in a professional manner
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with any technical or billing inquiries
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer service and meet performance targets
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy and professionalism during all interactions
- Follow scripts and processes to deliver consistent service
- Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to meeting team targets

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- HSC, Graduate, or SSC with at least 1-year experience in an international voice process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools is an advantage
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and processes
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
