**Job Role**:Senior Customer Service Associate || International Voice Process

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advance level customer support, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems.
- Provide inputs for Problem management by leveraging best effort method for issue resolution through cross functional coordination and support SME in training, reviews and escalation handling
- Supports the Customer Service agents by handling escalated tickets and coach them to improve their user handling skills

**CTC**:Upto 4.20 LPA+ Incentives

**Location**: Pune

**Notice**: Immediate Joiner Only

**Work Mode**:Work From Office

**Shifts**:24/7 Shifts

**Working Days**:5 Days Working, 2 Days off
