Customer Support Executive – Canadian Telecom (International Voice Process)
Eligibility: Graduates & Undergraduates with minimum 6 months – 1+ year of experience in international voice process
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Structure
· 6 to 18 months of international voice experience
o CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
o During Training: ₹30,915
o Post Training: ₹34,665
· 18+ months of international voice experience
o CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
o During Training: ₹34,350
o Post Training: ₹38,517
Final salary will be discussed post-validation of salary slips.
Eligibility & Guidelines
· Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice
· Maximum gap considered: Up to 12 months only (no exceptions)
· Candidate should be within the hiring zone (no nodal points anymore)
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound/outbound calls for Canadian telecom customers
· Provide effective solutions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
· Meet process-specific performance metrics and quality benchmarks
· Adhere to training, compliance, and operational standards
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
· Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
· Ability to handle queries in a professional & empathetic manner
