Customer Support Executive - International Voice (US Process)

**Job Description**:
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an international voice process catering to US customers. This is a voice-based BPO role involving both inbound and outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls (US Process).
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Meet performance targets including AHT, call quality, and resolution.
- Communicate fluently in English with accuracy and professionalism.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO only).
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (US Timezone).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Salary Details:

- Fresher-12 months of international voice experience:
Up to ₹3.5 LPA CTC + Incentives
- 12-18 months of international voice experience:
Up to ₹5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹33,650/month) + Incentives
- Above 18 months of international voice experience:
Up to ₹5.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹37,400/month) + Incentives
