Title**:Chat Support Executive**

Location: Malad West (10 minutes’ walk from station)

**Salary**: 15000 - 22000 pm

Timings - 9:30 -6:30/10-7 ( 6 days working )

Hungry Brain, a leading provider of early brain development programs for newborns, is seeking Chat Support Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should know basic English with proper pronunciations and Grammar to apply
- Address customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and other tools.
- Maintain professional behavior always portraying the company in a positive image while effectively managing customer complaints/issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Non-Voice Process/Customer Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.
